Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Taylor Swift official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
